Recently A friend of mines and I took a trip to Long Beach and walked to the end of one of those rock paths by the beach and enjoyed the relaxing sight. Just had to draw it up!

I had a lot of fun with this one. Wanted to go bit more organic in consideration I haven't had the chance to do many organic environments. So it was a nice change of pace from all the mechanical comps I had to do.

After frequently talking with Marcelo Vignali, he had inspired me to travel back through memory lane and find one of the several subjects I loved, insects! Nasty little critters that most people would could consider to be repulsive, but I find them to be elegant. Each one with their own unique way to live on this earth and their shapes contrast to their abilities to survive. Along with shape they have various of color languages at their disposal to attract prey and defend against predators. There are numerous of insects and they are fascinating creatures to discover!
